Love is experienced in the body, emotions, mind, and our deeper sense of aliveness and presence. When it’s fully activated, it feels like security, creativity, confidence, compassion, clear communication, intuition, and connection.
Founder of the Tantric Activation Method
The Tantric Activation Method supports people in accessing and embodying these states in their relationships and lives.
About Sarrah Rose
Sarrah Rose is the CEO of CEO on Fire and Elixr, and the founder of the Tantric Activation Method. She is an Executive Intimacy Coach with over 20 years of experience helping high-performing individuals move out of their heads and into deeper connection—both in their relationships and within themselves—so they can achieve the fulfillment that success alone often fails to provide.
After more than a decade of personal study, Sarrah immersed herself in formal classical Tantric training in India in 2013 and 2014, where she studied with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. She was later initiated into Kriya Tantra by Swami Ayyappa Giri. She is certified as a Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach through the VITA Institute, founded by Layla Martin, with specializations in men’s sexuality, conscious dating, Tantric sex, and relationship transformation—further grounding her work in practical, modern applications of ancient wisdom.
Sarrah is trained in neurobiology, holistic healing, somatic theory, foundational therapeutic principles from leading personal development systems, and modern coaching methodologies. Her work weaves these disciplines together with embodiment practices to create a grounded, trauma-informed, and results-oriented approach to intimacy and connection. She has also studied with renowned relationship psychotherapist Esther Perel, among other world-class teachers.
Over the course of her career, Sarrah has coached more than 2,500 individuals. Her work has reached a global audience through her social platforms, where she has over 60,000 followers, and through the Tantric Activation podcast, which has drawn more than 30,000 listeners. She is also a sought-after Young Presidents’ Organization speaker.
Her work has been featured in Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health, Healthline, SELF, Business Insider, and the New York Post, among other leading publications.

Modern love can feel hard, but not because you’re failing.
It’s harder because we are asking more from love than ever before, and most of us were never taught how to stay present, connected, and full of life inside that ask.
