Sarrah Rose
Exploring what it means to be fully alive—and fully expressed.
Sarrah Rose is a writer, speaker, entrepreneur, and advisor whose work explores love, human behavior, identity, achievement, creativity, and culture through the forces that shape how we experience and express our lives.
About Sarrah Rose
For more than a decade, Sarrah Rose has worked closely with accomplished people navigating the parts of life that achievement doesn't necessarily make easier: relationships, identity, intimacy, purpose, transition, and the pressure of maintaining a life built around high expectations.
Her perspective draws from experience spanning human behavior, relationships, entrepreneurship, finance, luxury, and technology. She is the founder of CEO on Fire, a private advisory firm serving executives and entrepreneurs, and the founder of Elixr, an AI-powered relationship technology company.
Across her advisory work, writing, speaking, and ventures, Sarrah examines the forces that shape how we experience and express our lives—from ambition, wealth, and status to Love, desire, technology, and the identities we construct around them.
Over the course of her career, she has worked with more than 2,500 people and has spoken for organizations including YPO. Her work and perspectives have appeared in Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health, Healthline, Business Insider, and the New York Post.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO LIVE FULLY?
We are not separate parts.
The way we inhabit our bodies shapes how we experience desire, confidence, and connection. The way we love influences how we lead. Our ambitions shape our identities. Money can expand our freedom while changing what we value. Beauty, creativity, and culture give form to things we cannot always articulate. Technology changes not only what we can do, but how we experience ourselves and one another.
Beneath all of these is something more fundamental:
How available are we to the experience of being alive?
To what we feel.
To what we desire.
To what we love.
To what we might create.
To what may need to change or end.
And to what wants to find expression through the way we live.
Sarrah's work explores the forces that expand and constrict that participation—and what it means to become increasingly conscious of how we experience, choose, create, relate, and give expression to a human life.
THE ACTIVATION ESSAYS
Writing on what it means to become more fully alive—and more fully expressed.
Love and desire. Identity and achievement. Beauty and culture. Relationships and sexuality. Power and belonging. Technology and creativity. The body, the mind, and the complicated experience of being human.
Love Begins In The Body
Why chaos can feel like chemistry, and how learning to experience aliveness within safety can transform the way we love.
Maybe That's Why It's Worth It
We know more about relationships than any generation before us. So why does intimacy still feel so difficult?
When Insight Isn’t Enough
The gap between knowing ourselves and truly feeling safe, present, vulnerable, and alive enough to let love be experienced rather than analyzed.
LOVE ACTIVATED
An Exploration of Love, Aliveness & the Human Experience
Love Activated explores Love not only as something we feel for another person, but as something that becomes visible across a human life.
Through solo episodes and conversations, Sarrah explores Love through relationships, desire, identity, creativity, sexuality, loss, beauty, ambition, belonging, and the many ways we connect—to ourselves, one another, and life.

Sarrah speaks with executive groups, organizations, and audiences about the human dimensions of modern life—from relationships, identity, and behavior to achievement, technology, culture, and our evolving understanding of what it means to live well.
Her talks and conversations combine more than a decade of work with people across the most consequential areas of their lives with a perspective that moves beyond conventional boundaries between the personal and professional.
Bringing the human experience into the conversations shaping how we live, lead, love, and create.
